Span Tower, the proud flagship brand name of Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, has provided comfortable, luxurious and affordable apartments complexes to its clienetel for over a decade. The company has 12 completed projects under its wings and several projects under construction.
Span Tower 19, located at Number 209, Quarry Road, Dehiwala, is one such upcoming project. The foundation laying ceremony for the apartment complex was held on the 14th of July at an auspicious time in the presence of the company Directors, staff, clients and well-wishers.
Span Tower 19 is an 11 storied complex that contains 66 units with 2 and 3 bed rooms, and each floor will contain 6 units under Rose, Orchid, Lily, Jasmine,

The Span Tower brand name began to spread its reach beyond the Western Province with Span Tower 20, which is being constructed at No 5, Misty Hill, Badulla Road, Katumana, Nuwara Eliya. The apartment complex is the 20th project of the company. Span Tower 20 is located less than 4 km away from the famous Haggala Gardens, 1.9 km from the Seetha Eliya Temple and 4.7 km away from the Nuwara Eliya junction, as well as a number of other locations.
