The Falcon 9 rocket is 229.6 ft. tall and weighs 1,207,920 lbs. The rocket is made of 2 stages where the first stage has 9 big Merlin rocket engines to get it up into the atmosphere. Those 9 Merlin engines generate 1,710,000 lbs. of thrust. The 2nd stage has 1 Merlin vacuum engine which is a bit more powerful than the regular Merlin engines. The one Merlin vacuum engine in the 2nd stage generates 220,000 lbs. of thrust to get it through space.
