Frederick Jackson Turner once said:“The frontier has gone, and with its going has closed the first period of American history.” This is the same man that created the Turner Thesis which discusses the end of the American frontier. Did the frontier really end for America in 1893? For some it did, but another piece of evidence came to disprove this belief. If only Turner were to look up into to vast inky expanse at the multitude of stars. Some argue that space is the final frontier and with good reason.
