The Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (SCTP) is agency responsible for transportation planning in the Brevard County area. The TPOs planning responsibilities include transit, bicycling, pedestrian, traffic, highways and multimodal facilities. SCTOP coordinates with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and local governments to fund and accomplish various projects accepted through several plans developed by the TPOs.

Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization issued master plan refer as Long Range Transportation Plan which adopted by the TPOs consider many modes of transportation and focus on livability, sustainability and support economic development. Also SCTP identified a number of projects opportunities
