Project usually provide a mixture of opportunities which can provide better service and improve the efficiency. However, according to the case study, obstacles that faced during the process of soy bean project such as, increasing the percentage of soy in the foam may lead to compromise on the seat performance. Furthermore, cost advantages was one of the main obstacles that faced during the process of the project. For instance, cost was determined by many factors, such as the suppliers willing to make the investment in this field, commodity index and required the time and efforts to improve and enhance better performing materials. Moreover, suppliers may not be able to continue their change in production processes.
