What makes a Southwestern Oklahoma State University a good fit for an individual? Well, for most high school seniors it is about that time to start applying to colleges and beginning the exciting time of deciding which college would be the best fit for him/her. Although, this not include which team won in the Bedlam game this year. However, it does include a variety of features an individual should look into when determining which college would bet the best fit for him/her. A few of those features would include location, cost, and academic opportunities, just to name a few. Luckily for many seniors looking for something that fits in all these categories’ there is Southwestern Oklahoma State University that could be the best fit for those individuals.

It is common knowledge that college is quite an expensive college adventure. However, this doesn’t have to be the case when attending SWOSU. Southwestern offers a plethora of finical opportunities for its students. One of which is scholarships, Southwestern offers scholarships that range anywhere from aiding with books, to dorms, and even all the way to tuition. These scholarships are intended to aid students in order to afford college a bit easier. However, hundreds of students are applying for these scholarships, and not everyone qualifies for them. But, there are also other options to like finical aid by qualifying for FASFA, and Oklahoma Promise, which is targeted at aiding students who finically cannot afford college. Then finally there are loans that are probably every college student’s nightmare but they do help in the long run. SWOSU also offers work-study jobs, which allow students to work in their spare time in order to afford attending
