Then there is my first year of highschool as a freshmen. During this whole year, I was naive and utterly stupid. I thought I could become some professional e-sports player and could impress people with my passion for anime. I was also extremely overweight and hideous so there was that. This was also the year that the friends I made in middle school left me one by one because of one idiot’s opinion of me. I had trouble sleeping, severe depression because no one was there for me, and I was always made fun of whether it was a joke or not. I was a complete mess of a person from head to bottom and that continued until those same friends came back to me and I saw this one girl on the internet. I really liked her so I decided to change myself and I became more involved in music as well as the whole hiphop scene. Likewise, I also started to dress better and as …show more content…
Ending of freshmen year, I thought I was finally cool and had friends but that changed in sophomore year. Everything in sophomore year changed my life as I am not the same person I am when I entered CMSA on August. I started to view the concept as friends differently, became introduced to such serious concepts such as drugs, and became more mature through everything else besides my sense of humor. Then in December, the same friends that dropped me then came back, dropped me again so I absolutely despise them but they taught me to be careful who I trust as well as who I call my friend. During those times, I met two people I thought were my real friends. College Writing And Reading For The Incoming Freshman The transition between High School and University writing can be challenging to the ill-prepared student. In high school we might have gotten great feedback from teachers about our work: “great job”, “very good” etc, but in college our professors might comment differently most likely because they are searching for something different in college writing. Most often because professors expect a different style of writing than that of a high school class, such as a more developed opinion on the subject rather than a summary of what you researched. The most significant differences are visible in structure, research, argument, and format. In college writing, we move away from the standard…

I see this time as like my downfall and the reason behind why I was doing this was because of the friends that I had back then. The friends I had weren’t the smartest around or the nicest ones at all so that influenced me throughout middle school. These friends were really rude and dumb, but I stuck with them because I didn’t have anyone else to hang around or be with since I was so shy. At times, they would lie, cheat, and criticize others to get what they wanted which is something that I let influenced me. I soon recognized what they were doing and ended up not being there friends by the end of eighth grade.…

However, with me, I know that I'm not in one category, I can't be placed in a group just because I'm smart, because I am also athletic. This type of balance is something I have always strived for and it always feels good when I'm told that I am a very diversely skilled person.…

Senior Year My greatest memory so far in my eighteen years of being on this earth is without a doubt my senior year of high school. It was absolutely unforgettable. My senior year as a whole (which was just last year) was the most fun I’ve ever had in my life and the happiest I have ever been. When I was a chubby little freshman with glasses I thought to myself that high school would be one of the longest time periods of my life and that four years would feel like forty years. But man was I wrong, high school went by in the blink of an eye.…
