How Sony Corporation design its process?
Just like the world leading companies “Sony” Corporation also uses Double Diamond Model to evaluate their design process. Sony established his design centers in many countries. The main aim of Sony Corporation is to pick opportunity and implement them. For the initial ideas and concept has originated from each centers and sent to organization for approval. When the new ideas become align to the organization goals. The company sign it for future development on the contrary when an ideas does not align to organization goals, the organization reject for further development.

They get information about the market and user. They follow these steps
• Market research
The design group of Sony study the market that what is going in the market and what is the need of market. What are the competitor and how they perform in the current situation? The team try to collect every single information and study them.
• User research
In this stage the Sony design team study the behavior of users that what is the need of users? And what is the preference and life style of the users? These all can be collected and studied. Customer needs and wants are the most important tool in the design process.
• Managing information
When the whole information has collected, the design group now manage the information and arrange them that what are the similarity and differences in these information’s. The design team tries to combine the fact and built a project that lead company to its objective goal.

When it approve in final testing the product then become ready for launching in the market product such as LCD, radio, television, headphones etc.
• Target evaluation and feedback:
After successful launching its product the design group of Sony corporation focus on a special group of people or focus on those which will face that product or those who will buy that every successful corporation of the world use a feedback loop to find out the view of costumer about the product feedback help a company to identify its problem and to identify the area of improvement. After launching its product to market Sony corporations design group make a feedback loop for its customers to share his/her view about the product. What are the good and bad quality of their product?
