During this whole project, I have made a lot of trips to the national park. The purpose of the national park is to protect and preserve the beautiful lands of Joshua Tree. The mojave desert is a very special and beautiful desert and has the most astonishing landscapes. During my trips to the national park, I noticed some pretty amazing plants. There is a good reason that we have to preserve and protect areas like this. I recently discovered that the JTNP has an area called the transition zone which is where the Mojave and Sonoran deserts meet. This transition makes it possible for there to be beautiful vegetation growing in this area. Going to the national park and experiencing these beautiful landscapes made me realize why it's so important
