I greatly enjoyed listening to Sonia’s speech. I loved that she started with the cultural significance of the ring. This made the whole story more engaging, interesting, and significant to me. It made me care about her story from the start because she was able to convey how much her husband’s gesture meant to her. Talking about the culture also lead perfectly into the main story. This made for a wonderful flow within the story. My favorite part of the speech was the end. I was very impressed with how you tided in the message of love, respect, and trust into the end of her story. This was an extremely powerful way to end the speech. When all was said and done, I think she had all the elements for a good story. She had a smooth flow
