The client is a 51-year-old Caucasian female with two adult children 31 and 24 years old. Son 31 is currently incarcerated, and daughter 24 is a nurse and does not care much about her mother’s well-being.
Client reports that she was born with cerebral pursy. She managed her health condition and went through school stopping in the 12th grade. She indicated that she had a good relationship with her father. She stated that she had always had anxiety but after the death of her father her mental health condition worsened. She reported that after her father had passed, she started having more panic attacks to the extent that while driving she could pull off in the middle of the road to cool off and get calmed down and taking off her blouse then
