Sometimes Letting Go Research Paper

“Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on” - Eckhart Tolle. Letting things go can make you stronger and progressive. It’s important to let certain things go you never know if it can hurt you later on. My mom once told me, “ if it’s yours let it go and if it comes back it wa ment to be yours”. You need to know what things you should let go. Sometimes letting go is better than holding on. For example let’s say you had a boyfriend and y’all end up breaking up because you saw him with another girl, but you just can’t let go because you love him. Let go it will hurt you more than holding on. Letting certain things go can also make you progressive. Maybe something is not letting you do what you want
