Something I Hate Research Paper

Something I hate Fire is one of the main things that has allowed our race to advance; without it we would not be able to light furnaces, which power engines, which power cities, which allow us to live our technologically advanced lives. All mammals cannot survive without heat, it is something they all desire, due to the fear of hypothermia and other related conditions. Other mammals seek each other for warmth, we simply turn up the heating making our lives a shear privilege. Because of being spoilt on heat, we have become more sensitive to lower temperatures and having: goose bumps covering our skin, teeth chattering, body shaking and feeling uncomfortably cold are all symptoms of “something I hate”. An overall all feeling of tiredness overwhelms those unprepared for harsh Winters.

The thing I hate is the cold. It is one of the most unpleasant feelings that mother nature can throw at you, chronic conditions are even more fatal in frigid conditions, it deters sleep, comfort is something a few degrees out of reach, it causes limbs to be discoloured extremely, an overwhelming feeling of tiredness… These are few of the many reasons why I detest the cold, the latter (warmth) is much more appealing, with the heat embracing you as opposed to having 17 blankets pinning you down in an effort to retain some
