Shelter: I don 't know whether you will be living on campus or not. However, I would advise living off campus. On campus, you are just paying lump sum for everything: room, utilities, internet etc. You don 't learn much by living on campus about living on your own and managing expenses. Dedicate time to working out at least 3 times a week. Students who work out get better grades. [4] Working out keeps you in shape and makes you look better. You look better you feel better. It is also a sense of accomplishment, you will feel better after working out. Super successful people work out regularly. [5] You can also do some sports. Physical activity, competition and getting lost in the moment is great for you. Do not eat junk food, because it is junk food.
When you start working on these habits, skills, life hacks, changing the lifestyle, do it slowly. Pick one of the habits, for example working out, and do that one month. Motivation gets you started, but habit keeps you going. Don 't try to implement all these things at the same time. The reason why I talked about different aspects of living is that all of those affect the way you think about and spend your money. Others can give you tips such as checking your monthly expenses or budgeting but these won 't have the same effect as changing your philosophy about life, and building useful habits and
