The combined convoy leaves at 1740hrs. They couldn’t break through the blockades that surrounded the crash site and had to return. QRF arrives at the New Port at 2200hrs and leaves at 2323hrs with the Malaysians and Pakistanis. QRF elements dismount and move towards Super Six One at about 0036hrs.
