My solution for ocean pollution is to create laws about the types of trash that can be thrown into the ocean. Also, I will put trash cans and recycling cans along beaches, so that people will not feel tempted to throw the trash into the ocean. This solution would work because I would hire groups of people that try to get others to donate money to the ocean being polluted by trash.. Then, once enough money was collected to put trash cans along the beach, I would create organizations that are in charge of putting the trash cans along the beach.
