Last few months have seen falling oil prices with increased fears of solar becoming less attractive but from a long term perspective, clean energy is the future and solar has a great potential in that front. With increasing awareness about environment friendly energy resources, Solar City needs to keep its position as market leader intact. Thinking about long term, during the next 5-10 years, Solar City should look for investment opportunities globally and should look to establish their footprint in overseas markets as well.
In the coming future, Solar City need to focus on industrial applications of Solar and diversify our business in terms of end user offerings of solar applications like solar power systems for small/medium commercial enterprises, partnering with manufacturers of solar-hybrid vehicles, solar panels for spacecraft, traffic lights, and portable solar power supply products.
