There are many recreational activities and hobbies that most people take part of in their daily lives. Some activities include sports, such as softball, volleyball, soccer, swim, golf, baseball, football, basketball, and many more. There are many benefits of sports physically and mentally. I play softball for a travel team. We play all over the state and in other states, too. We practice a lot to get in shape for our next tournament. Sports benefit people in many ways.

One way people benefit from sports is physically. If you are training and practicing often, you stay in shape. They help you stay active, especially if you love what you are playing. On my softball team, we practice hard. It's a travel team and we are out of Searcy, but sometimes
