Softball Benefits

I do enjoy playing softball because it help you to clear your mind of other things. I also believe that this sport could be beneficial to others if they struggle with balance or hand-eye coordination.
Recreational hobbies aren’t always sports or physical related. A couple of examples of other hobbies are weaving baskets, knitting, or even being a debater. These other hobbies could benefit you in ways like being able to have quick hands when typing or even just life skills for the future. Hobbies don’t have to be just sports in order for them to be beneficial to you as a person. There are people all over the world with hobbies you have probably never thought about such as shopping could be a hobby or even slow walking could be a hobby. This is because when you are up to bat and the pitcher is winding up, you are prepared for the ball to go anywhere and if it’s a good pitch you have to adjust you arms according to where the ball is coming in on. This improves your hand-eye coordination and your reaction speed. This could benefit you positively because you will be able to react to problems going on around you faster and that way you can help more. The last way this sport can benefit you is it helps you maintain a habit. To be good at any sport you have to practice and if you get into a habit of every night or every other night going outside and hitting into a net that is a habit and it helps you to get into habits and you won't even have to think you will just do it. This could be a very valuable life lesson because this will help you when you’re older to do things everyday. Softball is also a great sport to start when you’re younger because then when you get older you will have more experience and will be more valuable to a college team.
