Are you overweight? Do you think diet soda will help you lose weight? Well that is what soda does to you and what you may think of it. Why do you choose to drink soda? Do you know what it can do to you? Well think again soda is ruining your life whether you like it or not. If you stop drinking soda you will absolutely see a change in your life. Did you know the caramel coloring in soda is linked to all types of cancer? Also soda is bad for your bones and soda does not make you lose weight it makes you gain weight.
