Socratic Seminar Case Study

During socratic seminar, I have made decisions that I knew was the right decision. Although there was also a few decisions that I thought was right, but resulted in being completely wrong. One decision that I made was Thinking the main person to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death was Friar Laurence because of the ways that he encouraged Romeo and Juliet to lie and not listen to their parents. Although soon after, my decision was changed by information spoken by peers of mine. I soon saw that what I think to be the right decision is not always ultimately correct. Throughout the socratic seminar there was a lot of controversy changing how I felt and thought about the topic, and still never proving that my decision was ever fully right. The decision that I concluded to by the end of the socratic seminar was that the person most to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death was Lord and Lady Capulet. Kanye makes major decisions everyday in his personal life, business, and for other people. One of his most recent decisions was to come out with a new brand of shoes called yeezys. Kanye West was not sure if coming out with these shoes were the right decision, but he took the risk anyways. Instantly, yeezys became a huge hit selling out almost instantly. This was a huge sign showing Kanye that he made the right decision. Another example was when Fans of Kanye West disagreed with his points on his view on art, Kanye decided to keep following through with what he believed in no matter how other people felt about his decisions. Kanye knew that this was the right decision because speaking his opinion to others influenced and motivated others to continue in what they believe in. When his fans told their stories of how they got interested in music, style, or even in creative arts, they spoke that the man who inspired them was Kanye
