As stated previously, the chosen advertisement could be evaluated from a sociological analysis viewpoint on the grounds that it deals heavily with economic roles, status and race. Despite the attempt to discredit the company and make it out to be racist or in favor of racism, the ad embossed what those in inferior positions undergo in the business world. When speaking in terms of power of status, the ideal persons is Caucasian, mostly male. (Dudzik, 2005) The original quote caters to those ideal persons manifesting their overcompensated roles on to those who are not seen as equals. You can conclude from the quote that not only does his boss make it known that his race is an entity to be tormented about as well as it is of his best interest
