Sociocultural Influences That Affect Me

I am now entering my four semester in college at SEU and there are still many biopsychosocial influences can and will affect me. All three, biological, socio-cultural, and psychological, will affect me throughout my fourth semester and will follow me thoughout my life. As of right now I am work weekly at Chartwells, and I am taking five classes along with a lab totaling sixteen credits. My situation this semester will and is affecting me biologically, psychologically, and social-culturally. I also play pick-up ultimate Frisbee games and play on an intramural team which is influencing me social-culturally. The only reason why I like to work is because of the money, working causes me not to get enough sleep. After work, I have to do a large amount of homework that is due the next day because I am currently taking tough classes that are required for my major. Since then, I have been playing ultimate Frisbee every week and sometimes 3-4 times a week. This semester especially, a lot more people have been playing ultimate Frisbee with us weekly and because of that I have been meeting a lot of people new and have been making a bunch of friends. This has helped me social-culturally. Throughout my whole life I have been an introvert so it is hard for me to walk up to new people and becoming friends, but ultimate Frisbee has helped me with that problem. Ultimate Frisbee has given me a chance to meet and get to know people on the field while were are playing and off the field at Chartwells after the games. I would have to say that have meet and made most of my friends from people I have played ultimate Frisbee with. Even though it is still nerve-racking to meet new meet new people because I get uncomfortable in those situations, the payoff of making some good friends is all worth
