1. The show invite was very specific as to whom to contact and when payment was required. The wording on the vendor email invite reads “Please let Susan know if you plan to vend at this show. Contracts & payment are due on or before set up on October 11, 2017”. You did not adhere to this, but instead chose to deal with Annette Rogers on your interest in vending at the show and then gave her a post dated check.
In the future any vendor that does not follow the specifics of the contract will not have space at the show.

3. It was reported that you intentionally stuck your elbow out to elbow Annette out of your way when she approached you about the plants being held in the cashier area. When asked about it you said that you did not touch her only later to come back and say that you maybe bumped into her and that she will just have to get over it.
As an organization and business, we have to take any unwanted physical contact very seriously. This not only put Annette at risk of being hurt or falling it also put the Portland Orchid Society & O’Loughlin Trade Shows at risk.
To address this incident it was decided that you would not receive an invite to the Spring 2018 Show & Sale.
Greg, we value you as a member and hope that you understand our position pertaining to these matters. We have to have a structure in place to run the shows such as the vendor contracts & plant hotel and cannot allow any further incidents of verbal outburst or unwanted physical contact. If there are any other incidents we will have no other option other than to not allow you at society meetings, shows and
