This class and the study of these topics has taught me so much about society. We have an abundance of social problems in the world. Topics we review in class about society and habits are pretty amazing. During the course of this critical evaluation I want to review the 6 topics I covered. They cover an abundance of social topics especially for adolescents for adults our age. I plan to cover introversion, extraversion, instant messaging, face-to-face interaction, sedentary behaviors, social anxiety & Public Cellphone use.

Introversion and extroversion: The review of introversion and extroversion is the most common theme among the articles. The study of these two personality types has been studied over the last several decades and can be an influential factor in society. Being fat or overweight is often looked down upon in society. Adolescents who use messaging instead of face-to-face conversation may be unhappy with themselves. The use of the Internet to interact with people can create a wall. Safe havens were people could not be judged for their appearance. In a study done by jepp in 2013. Researchers wanted to see if there was a connection between cell phone use sedentary behaviors and physical activity. The participants were gather and given physical evaluations and questionnaires. The results showed that people who had less phone use frequency are more like to engage in physical activities. This is important finding because it reinforces common social perceptions. First world countries (especially the U.S) are becoming overweight. The creation of mobile technology is also increasing. Future research would have to investigate even farther the relationship between these two variables to see if there is a significant
