Capitalism is controlled by free marketing enterprise. It has government control but it is restricted that they cannot interfere in the market. Profit is based on the business or individuals decision. Capitalism production is used for profit and not what is demanded. Production is also made from calculation of what is needed and not wanted. The economy is based on the business or individuals decisions of resources and the trading of goods. Due to an open market a business or individual have to make sure there production will be what consumers will want. Communism is a government controlled society. The government controls what is produced and who can buy it. Communism interferes with the prices and operations to satisfy the party. In communism most resources go to the military and industrialization. With the resources only going to the military and industrialization, if left little to food and necessary products. Communism also discourages international trade and investment. …show more content…
