I didn’t realize this was such a growing problem across the country. It makes sense that a client forced to bounce between social workers, having to start over time after time due to the lack of commitment of so many workers hurts the clients more than it helps them. People will begin to think that they cant be helped if workers continue to drop their case, this can put clients in an even worse place mentally and physically which isnt fair when their paying for adequate help. It makes sense not to require such a high education for a job that’s starting salary can be only $33,000. As long as the applicant has some education and experience in the field, I think that they can still qualify for the job without 4 years of education behind them. This gives more people the opportunity to work in human services, and it can give these states and county's that are struggling, easier access to
