Children who are placed have dealt with abuse and injustice throughout their lives and the very thing they need most is consistency. Having a child deal with different practice throughout the day from different caregivers may remind them of their home setting, which is not well for them. Poor communication and inconsistent practice can be frustrating and unsafe for the children, Consistency requires good communication and adequate training. When issues like inconsistent practices come along, social workers and staff from all departments should come together and discuss the problems and come up with set practices that can accommodate to different types of children
