To be a professional social worker, I think the characteristics of leadership, cooperative and communication. In my secondary school life, being a head prefect allows me to have communication with other prefects, manage & lead the prefect to maintain school discipline in daily routine and in the event such as Sport Day. Besides, I have been the peer leader in which I have accompanied freshman to take part in adventure-based activities, develop personal potential, assist them in studying and provide them with psychological counseling. I strongly believe that this type of activity launching experience can help me to hold the group activity skillfully and fluently at community center.
