Social Work Privacy Report

This worker met with Ms. Musse to review the report and we met in her home. Privacy practices and Tennessen notices were reviewed and signed. The interview was recorded.
Ms. Musse was engaged during the session. M.s Musse reported that she lives with her two daughters Khadija and Yasmin. She reported that her husband does not live with them and that they are planning on getting divorced.
This worker asked about the allegation. Ms. Musse reported that on 4/3/17 her husband was visit and they were both in the kitchen. She reported that she requested divorce from him again and he got agitated and angry. She reported that they were discussing their marriage issues and he was angry. She reported that he threaten her with the back of the kitchen
