Since money does not grow on trees and I did not win the billion-dollar Powerball, it would be difficult to do anything in this society without having a way to fund it. It could be difficult to raise the money it would require to pay for flyers, a lecture, or commercial. Another problem could be that people would refuse to acknowledge a lack of acceptance of cultural diversity because they see no issue with it. There is no way to force someone to see something wrong in society, and if they do not see an issue with the acceptance society has for cultural diversity it will be nearly impossible to change their views.
As a white, female Christian, I have never personally been treated differently for my culture, but I have witnessed people of cultures different from mine be treated with disrespect solely over their cultural differences. During International Day on the UTM campus, an acquaintance of mine said that the individuals at the Saudi Arabia table were planning their next terrorist attack. I did not believe that was necessary to say, nor was it the Christian way to react to the situation.
