All applicants for social work licensing must have a degree from a program that is accredited by Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). A candidate must apply to get clearance to take the exam. In Arizona, you will need to apply to Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. In additional you will have to send your fingerprints or a clearance card. Currently the cost is $250.00 dollars for the application fee. However, candidates may apply to work under a temporary license for $50.00 dollars while they are going through the testing process.
According to Arizona Broad of Behavioral Health you are allows two examination attempts over a twelve months’ period. e.g. like every six month within the year you took your first exam. If a candidate
