My objective is to serve at the macro level within the Center of Medicare. Changing and adjusting the policies to recognize our citizens within the rural area is imperative. All lives matter and it is my belief that as a society, we could enhance the care of our citizens within the rural areas. The question I pose to myself is how can we deliver the care that is so needed within the rural areas while respecting the dignity of others? Will our nation ever recognize and pose the quality of care for our citizens by the areas verses everything being catered for the metropolitan areas verses accepting the rural areas citizens. It is equally important to me to have a clear understanding of assessing Operating a Personal Caregiving Service, it is imperative that the agency has a social worker to advise on the importance of conducting initial assessments. Accurate assessment is a critically important step in the social work process (Zastrow, 2016).
