I think a difficult thing to handle for me would be seeing a child’s home and the abuse they have encountered and the parents do a few stipulations and the judge give them back. I know people can change, but here in the county I live in I see repeat offenders of child neglect and the judge sends them back to the home. I know there are rule and laws but the children are the ones that suffer from the inconsistency. I understand when working in the field of social work I will have to do as my supervisor says and follow the giving directions, but it will be hard at times.
Another issue would be dealing with abused women. I know it happens and women sometimes return to the abuser but I cannot stop them it is their choice and life. “There is little
