Pa stated that his informal back-up support Cyreeta Allen is unavailable and he is in neighbor and former PAS Trendy and friend Willie Brown is helping him to complete ADLs and IADLs. Nevertheless he was eager to know when the agency provider Liberty Resource Home Choice (LRHC) will provide a permanent PAS. SC end call with Pa and place call to LRHC. SC spoke with Deloris explained the Pa circumstance to her and the last time he had an aide (09/24/15 when Trendy was let go due to unflattering Police record).
