Social work values are in the preamble of the NASW code of ethics. Social work profession primary missions is to further improve the well-being of humans and to meet their basic needs. These values are rooted for social workers to embrace throughout their profession. We are here to build a foundation based on to contribute, environmental forces, and address problems in living. There are multiple social work core values but there are so much we can explain and address for another day. Even though those three aren’t all of the core values of the Preamble, these still demonstrate the purpose and perspective of the social work foundation.

I was in fact challenged because people always wonder why I take the time and energy to help others, because I see their worth. Over the time my belief about dignity will not change, because everybody worthy of something. I will always resolve conflicts between people it starts in my family first. I’m always the peace maker and just wants everybody to get along. I just want to see a change in our society and that’s what I’m aiming for.
Importance of human relationships
Social workers comprehend that connections between and among individuals are an imperative vehicle for change. Social laborers connect with individuals as accomplices in the helping procedure. Social laborers look to reinforce connections among individuals in an intentional push to advance, reestablish, keep up, and upgrade the prosperity of people, families, social gatherings, associations, and groups.
We have to recognize the central importance of human relationship. I will always value human relationships because everybody a family at the end of the day. I haven’t been challenged with this value so far and hope to come across it. My belief over time didn’t changed because I want to always restore and maintain in helping people in our communities, and families. My family was where I have to learn how important family is and I see how we have our ups and downs to figure nobody fairy tale life isn’t
