I called Ms Fleres, she said that she believe her CW caseworker is not properly handling her case. She said that her paperwork got messed up, she is not getting the right services, she was asked to take empowerment classes, but she had to pay for it. She said that she is working, so she will have to take one day off to take the class. She said that is not receiving clear directions, one worker says one thing, but then another one says different. She complained that she was not referred to any services yes, so she had to go ahead and take it. She said that she had done everything that she was asked, but the CW caseworker keeps adding more and more things.

This worker also informed Ms Fleres, that by reading the Dr Cory Sanders, her daughter had bad diaper rush and severe wounds. When the workers did a home visit, they observed Veronica changing her daughter's diapers, and it was extremely full of both, feces and urine.

I reminded her also that she has a court review hearing scheduled for 03/13/18 and if she believes that she had completed all the services that CW requested, the she needs to talk with her attorney and present all those documentation to the judge, as at this time, is the judge the only person with authority to authorize to have her child back. If she believes this will be so far away from now, she can ask her attorney for a expedite hearing. It could or not be approved.

Regarding her psychological evaluation, she was informed that her caseworker already has referred her to the specialist. She needs to contact her caseworker to coordinate her evaluation.

Regarding any possible miscommunication, she was advised to work closely and cooperatively with her caseworker asking clarifying questions about the expectations and conditions to
