C=Clients The clients would be business owners like the Royal Bank, Subway etc and all the staff that work at these businesses. I would say that citizens that use the areas of the city, or anyone that felt uncomfortable in the actions of Nick would be clients. I could also say that Nick’s Doctor, family member, and friends could be a client too.

This is when you must ask your 6 Ws, Where? When? What? Who? Why? And Weapons?
Nick is a 45-year-old Caucasian male currently homeless, he Suffers from mental health and addiction issues. I have dealt with Nick 12 times in the last 6 months, he has been slowly getting worse over that time. When Nick is off his bi-polar medication he is acting out in public from being a nuisance outside local businesses, intoxicated in public, and causing a disturbance by yelling and swearing. The last call that I had to deal with Nick was when he was becoming verbally aggressive with a middle-aged woman outside a Tim Horton’s. I have been informed that people from Royal Bank of Canada, Safeway and Shoppers Drug Mart have had complaints about Nick too them.

I would think about using the drug and alcohol service to help with getting Nick sober. I would also consider the homeless shelter to get him off the streets for the time being. I would talk to people like his doctor or people in the mental health service or counselors service, so I know how to deal with what he is going through or if I need to send him somewhere to make sure he takes his medication and gets the proper help. I could look at the employment serviced too after I believe he has been taking his medication and has been
