Nina (client) and Ms. Jenkins (social worker) will generate ideas on how to come together weekly for an hour to discuss at least for the next two months. The goal for this meeting is to accomplish what is identified below as a treatment option to Nina’s school setback. In this case, it of essence to work together and secure a full time tutoring for Nina, to enable her has good grades for the rest of her school life. The action plan is designed to work cooperatively with every one bringing solution and contributions whereby everyone will be moving towards accomplishment.
