1. Scenario 1: Mary Ellen comes to work with a dark spot on her forehead. Several times during the day, coworkers tease her about forgetting to was her face and suggest that she visits the ladies room. A. Mary Ellen did not forget to wash her face her reglion may consist of the dark dot or upon her face. She maybe Hindu and/or if so that is believe to be a beauty mark for Hindus people, brings sight that’s the purpose of the dark spot. B. The negative side to that situation is no one took the time to get to know Mary and her reglion or bothered to ask her about the dark spot on her forehead. C. A manager should have called a staff meeting and talked about what it means to not judge someone because their different from you or pulled the person aside who started an issue about something they had no knowledge of.
2. Scenario 2: David sits

Kaleen never attends any company informal or formal social events( drinks after work, trips to a nearby casino, holiday parties etc.) in addition in, an organization where “ doors open” are a strong culture norm, his door is often closed for short period of time. During his performance appraisal, his boss tells Kaleen that he needs to become more sociable and accessible if he expects to move into a management position. Without doubt reglion has nothing to do with Kaleen being anti-social. Furthermore he might be the type who likes to keeps his personal life to himself. To clarify Kaleen just may be closed off because that’s all he knows and what he might be use to. B. However the bad thing about that is he doesn’t know how to network or mingle with others at work or even at home. Meanwhile the bright side to that is he known’s how to mind his own business and speaks when spoke too so there won’t be any confusion in the workplace. C. The manager should ask him why is he so anit-social and what is going that Kaleen feels he has to be that way. Likewise the manager should be understanding so he\she could figure out what’s going
