Andres is a 68-year old male who is originally from Honduras and has grown children; who was full of life and had a wonderful career as a child psychiatrist (Plummer, S. -B., Makris, S., and Brocksen, S. M., 2014, p. 43). Ever since his diagnosis six years ago his activity level is nowhere it used to be; this has affected Andres not only mentally but also physically. Currently, he needs help with most of his daily living activities which he gets from a home health nurse and mentally he is having a hard time losing his independence. As a social worker, you stated that it would be your duty and honor to helping him find enjoyment in activities that he is still able to do and also to provide him resources within the community.
