Social Wellness Analysis

There are many different ways to access my health practices. As stated in the online health textbook, “It [wellness] is the full integration of states of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.” (Online textbook 2) and therefore important. One way to access yourself is by social wellness. For me, I believe that I communicate with family and friends very often and have strong relationships with them. For emotional wellness, I am able to feel emotion like sadness as a friend loses a pet and happiness for a parent who just got hired for a new job. Physical wellness is one that is a little tougher, but not completely impossible since it involves having no fatigue or any physical stress when doing daily activities. There are many other
