Workbook Surveys On Personality And Behavior

There are obvious reasons why our personality and behavior are connected. Our personalities are who we are and our behavior is how we act. How we act describes who we are as a person. Julian Rotter is an American psychologist that developed a social theory on personality and he once made a statement about the connection between a person’s personality and their behavior (Net Industries. 2015). Rotter stated, “Our behavior provides us hints on who we truly are, and our personality traits are given meaning by the way we behave (Rotter, J., 2008-2015.”
During this course, I completed five workbook surveys in order to get a better understanding of my personality. The workbook surveys consisted of questions about my actions and thoughts and scored

The scores of this survey appear to show that my life is about purpose and pleasure. The scores provide value to my lifestyle as a happy person who strives to be focused on meaning of living and the happiness in doing so. These scores appear to be accurate according to my interpretation in terms to how I survive, as I do strive to make choices that are for the greater good. My victory and engagement score are relatively moderately high as well. When I play games or keep track of all the things I have accomplished I do strive to win. Who wants to fail at anything? Rather it is a game of cards or taking a college test I always strive to win or do my very best at anything I am trying to accomplish. According to the test I am considered a satisfied person with life, however I always seek further opportunities for pursing. This is correct from my standpoint. I am happy with who I have become, even though I have experienced many mistakes to get me where I am today. The happiness test asked a series of questions that relate to every individual in what they experience in life. According to my test results, I have a high self-esteem, low sexual depression, and intermediate sexual preoccupation. I believe that these test results are mostly accurate to the three aspects of my sexual identity. I feel that I have a high self-esteem because I always think of myself in a positive way, whether it be relating to sex or just in my everyday actions. I am never depressed about sex and I never feel discouraged in my ability to relate sexually to my significant other. Lastly, I do not daydream about sex often and it is not on my mind constantly.
