It is very beneficial for the students to be very knowledgable of the topic at hand. When studying the issue, they should seek different perspectives. Seeing how other people see it makes them that much more informed.
Step three includes finding solutions and planning. Students should consider many factors of the issue. Also knowing many different causes of the problem allows the students to create more creative plans in solving it. Also while they plan, they should prepare ways to communicate their actions by making flyers, letters, presentations, etc.
Step four: Act. When students are carrying out the plan, you want to allow them to do as much as they can by themselves. The teachers should primarily cheer on the students instead of step in.
Step 5: Reflection. It is important that students reflect on their work. When they reflect, they are able to see all they accomplish or what to do different next time. Also, teachers can observe what their students did or did not
