The importance of social support in wellness is a very important step in the healthy life style we are all learning to adjust to everyday. There is always that self doubt that comes into mind when you’re a beginning at working out and you do not know what to do or where even to begin.

This is where social support comes in, it Is “indicated that an individuals social network/group support is a contributing and sustaining factor in mental health (Granello)” that leads to stress relief as well as a boost in self confidence.

Not only does it boost up your self confidence mentally, it also does it in a physical manner on the way you look and visualize your self and how the changes you seek become more positive in the outcome. No matter what age
