Around 15 educational journals are being consulted and retrieved from EBSCOhost. New Jersey Department of Education, Ne w Jersey State Standards and Common Core Standards will be consulted to compare study results. In the research quantitative information is considerate because state’s and districts reports shows statistic information that shows the actual students grades, and a qualitative will be included because the study is based in previous researches. Furthermore, data collection will be the main method of this study. According to National Science Foundation “Data are usually collected through qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative approaches aim to address the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of a program and tend to use
unstructured methods of data collection to fully explore the topic. Qualitative questions are open-ended such as ‘why do participants enjoy the program?’ and ‘How does the program help increase self esteem for participants?”

Integrate tools and make the class interdisciplinary is not easy. According to Barton and Smith “Teachers have many decisions to make as they plan interdisciplinary outlines. One important decision revolves around the selection of the content to be covered. The primary issue to consider when selecting content is simple: Children have to learn something worth knowing.” Teachers have to think carefully and plan all activities to enrich student’s knowledge, and at the end measure their level of understanding. This idea will not cause additional costs because the tools will be the same students have in the classroom. Only one detail has to be change and is the schedule for the in class support teacher. In this case will be a Special Education teacher who will bring extra help to students in the classroom. Furthermore, this teacher will be interact with students that may not classify or with IEP, but will have academic disadvantages.
Finally, the benefits of this program are going to be show at the end of the thematic unit; because is when the final product is going to be show and they earn a good grade.
