Noah And Saskia Character Analysis

The characters in the show Noah and Saskia are represented well, as they show honest depictions of typical teenage behaviour, which the audience can relate to dramatically to as the intended viewers are supposed to be in that age range. They are non-binary, or non-black or white characters. This means that the characters have depth and are not just subject to either being completely good or bad. They have traits of both negative and positive characters and we can see this in their dialogue and the audio-visual features of the show.

In Saskia’s dialogue we can clearly see that she is surly and mean, Her characters attitude, especially in the first moments of the episode convinces the audience of this. but follows all social norms, making her

Although her overall confident personality shows it, she has many flaws which are exploited by other people, which is ironic as she does the same. An example of this is her stage fright, or more specifically her irrational fear of people watching her play guitar, there are two incidents where this happens. One is where she is street-performing with her back to the audience, and someone comes and steals all her tips. Another is when she specifically finds a music teacher who doesn’t need to look at her. But the main good part her personality shines during her first two interactions with Max Hammer and his group on web-weave. When the short, easily blackmailed character Stemple shows her how to get onto web-weave, we can see that she is visibly furious and does not hesitate to choose whatever first avatar she sees. This tells us she can be almost reckless when she is in a bad mood. But later this changes after her lecture from Renee about luring boys. She changes her plan-of-action completely and carefully creates a character that many people would find attractive and charming, Indy. When she enters web-weave the second time, she can tell her appearance influences Max Hammer and she plays her music as a dramatic moment for the audience and Max. This is the girl whose music he stole. He reacts completely differently by not kicking her off the server, but having a one-on-one chat with her. With this we can clearly
