Pictures for Paws prides itself on being community minded and people-oriented. Being in the pet business, we want to ensure that owners have the very best education on how to properly care for their pets. We are fully committed to making a positive impact on our community, maintaining positive corporate citizenship, and creating a socially responsible business.

Social Responsibility Goals

The following list includes our three main social responsibility goals.

1. Creating and maintaining a positive, pet and people friendly business that focuses on addressing the needs of our customers, their pets and our community

Ethics
• Gifts from or to suppliers/vendors/potential suppliers will be acceptable so long as it is in no form a bribe of special offering to secure business in any way, sort or form.
• Special favors, recreation outings or meals to or from suppliers/vendors/customers will be considered for work purposes so long as they are within the scope of employment. Any deviation will be considered outside of scope of employment and individual will be liable for any misconduct
• Conflicts regarding different laws in different countries will not be an issue because we will be based and operate only in the United States.
• When selecting suppliers, we will only do business with those who supply products ethically and in a sustainable manner that is respectful of their employees, community and environment.
• Subcontractors will be monitored at all times by an on-site manager connected with our business to ensure ethical behavior and

Community Activities

Pictures for Paws will engage in the community in a number of different ways. The first way will be to encourage employees to volunteer at a local animal shelter or related business for at least an hour out of every week, and will provide company transportation to this volunteer opportunity on Saturday mornings every week for those who wish to participate.

Secondly, we will provide spay/neuter vet visit coupons via our partnership with local veterinary associations for owners who have financial constraints and are unable to spay/neuter their pets.

Thirdly, we will sponsor and organize annual to tri-annual community events that provide complementary pet treats, supplies, water and educational speakers on proper pet care for several different varieties of household
