All social services basically deal with the underprivileged. Government subsidized health care, welfare, counseling, etc, like all socialistic programs, assist those who are poor, handicapped, or otherwise underprivileged. These “social services” have been assigned, by God, to certain groups of people, but never to the government. Throughout Holy Writ, God commands those of his people, who are able, to assist those in need.
