Ms. Pastran stated she is not receiving any salary continuation because she is no longer employed since her last day of work. She is not currently employed full-time or part-time. Since her last day of work as a Registered Nurse on January 20, 2009, due to her inability to function and to perform most physical activities associated with the nursing curriculum. Her primary doctor, Doctor Rita Pradahan has not released for her to go back to work to work either full-time or part-time. Furthermore, she has not worked or donated any free time as a Nurse to any community projects or workshops. Even after she had filed a UNUM application for benefits she has not obtained any job opportunities to pursue her nursing career, however, in time, she will …show more content…
There is not retirement benefits, 401 K, military or Veteran’s Administration, Third Party Settlements from a motor vehicle accident which she receives as for compensation or money.

The only disability she is receiving is from the Social Security Department for her disability benefits, which started in January 2013, where she receives $2,000.00 per month; through direct deposit. During this time, Ms. Pastran stated she could not provide any evidence as a check as the money is directly deposited into her checking bank account. She does not expect for her benefits to expire soon and expects the benefits will exhaust out upon her return to the workforce.

She said she is not receiving any workers’ compensation benefits because she has not filed a workers’ compensation claim against her previous employer, or has retained legal representation for her long term disability claim.

She claims she does not have a Teachers Retirement, or Public Employees Retirement, or Disability program. She has never had any rental houses for income or maintains any rental properties which she oversees and manages the property. She does not have any other side businesses that she owns to offset her income manage any home business from her
